Our Recruitment Process
Application: Create your online access and profile, fill in the online application form and attach your CV. Once you are registered you can
apply to our advertised positions, or register for 'Job Alerts' for future vacancies.
Screening: Your application will be screened against vacancy profile. A member of our Recruitment Team may contact you to conduct a telephone
interview to gain a better insight of your qualifications, experience, career aspiration, and motivation to join Borouge.
Interview: Should your screening process go well, you will be invited for a face to face interview. You may be required to undergo a technical
and / or psychometric tests.
Offer: If successful, you will be contacted by a member of our Recruitment Team and an offer will be extended. You may be required to undergo
a pre-employment medical checks, reference checks, and government clearances (where applicable).
On-boarding: When you accept our offer and have successfully completed all mandatory clearances, our Integration Team will ensure your
successful on-boarding and integration into the Borouge family.
