Our Emiratization Strategy

As a Company, we are committed to increasing the number of employees from the UAE National population. This has inspired the creation of dynamic and specialized departments to develop and drive performance of local graduates from schools, colleges and universities through delivering planned development programs to achieve business objectives.

Thanks to this strategy, Borouge has recently marked its achievement of 40% Emiratization in our production company jobs in the UAE within a short period of 10 years, an achievement a few company can realize within such short time span.
