Manufacturing & Production

Our Production teams are responsible for the safe operation of our polyolefin production facilities - comprising of Cracker Plants, Polyethylene Plants, Polypropylene Plants, Olefin Conversion Units and Utility Plants, to achieve our production targets in compliance with quality and sound HSE practices.

A successful candidate in this job group will be an experienced plant operations professional (Operator, Supervisor, Engineer, etc) with relevant education in Chemical Engineering and at least five years experience in operations, preferably in PP, HDPE, LDPE, XLPE, Cracker and Utility plants. All candidates should possess good English language communication skills, be proficient in the use of computers, be an excellent team player, have high competence in HSE practices, and be willing to work in a multi-cultural environment.
