The Administration Group provides leadership and guidance in the formulation and implementation of the Company's HR & A policies and
programs to promote efficient and effective people management in an organisational environment. The group provides value added and innovative
HR & A strategic and operational solutions by acting as business enabler to achieve the Company’s planned objectives and strategies.
The Admin Group's range of services includes workforce planning, recruitment and integration, employee relations, competency management,
policies and procedures, change management, career development, talent management as well as administration services.
We employ experienced HR professionals in diverse fields of specialisations (Compensation & Benefits, Workforce Planning, HR Strategy,
Career Development, HR Policy, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection and HR Administration, etc) with at least five
years experience in a progressive oil/gas/petrochemical organisation. All candidates must possess at least five years experience in a similar
role and must have very good English communication skills, knowledge of labour laws and legislation, proficient in the use of a computer
(preferably SAP), be an excellent team player and willing to work in a multi-cultural environment.
