This also helps us retain our most talented employees.

Every year, Borouge allocates vast budgetary resources on training and development. This includes extensive hours of training on management, health, safety, leadership, technical and personal skills,reflecting our commitment to developing the competencies of our people.
In order to achieve our Emiratisation targets, we facilitate full-time and part-time study leaves for degrees and other qualifications specifically for UAE national employees and also offer them international assignments as part of their career development. This helps enhance their educational qualifications whilst promoting better opportunities in their career.
