Recruitment fraud and scam alert

Please be aware that Borouge has been receiving notices from candidates seeking clarification of job offers and recruitment propositions they receive. These job offers come from organisations or individuals who are falsely pretending to recruit on behalf of the Abu Dhabi Polymers Company (Borouge) or by people claiming to work for, or are affiliated, to Borouge. In return, they ask the recipients of the job offers to transfer a significant sum of money to pay for certain employment requirements such as visa, etc.

Please note that neither Borouge nor any of the legal organisations that recruit on our behalf ask for any money or payments from applicants at any point throughout the recruitment process. All the successful individuals who have been directly or indirectly provided with job offers from Borouge are always required to go through a formal recruitment process. All communications with this regard should originate from a verifiable Borouge email address (borouge.com) and not from an internet email addresses such as hotmail, yahoo or others.

What you need to do…

• Do not respond to unsolicited job offers from organisations or email addresses that you do not know or trust especially when you have not applied nor gone through any interview with Borouge yet

• Do not disclose your personal or financial details to anyone you do not know or trust or on a website you are not familiar with

• Be aware and look out for suspicious signs such as communications from non-Borouge email addresses, poor use of English and materials and requests for fees or money

About the Position
                       

Equipment master list maintenance

  • To maintenance the equipment master list including equipment name, ID, asset ID, type , description, SN, date of start running, key equipment type, location, etc.
  • To manage rotation equipment, special equipment by equipment master list also.
  • To keep master list update in time when equipment changing.

BOM (Bill of Material)Setup and maintenance

  • BOM is the base of equipment management. The role need to study all the equipment document and on site status to make BOM.
  • To update BOM in time when adding, change and scrapping is happened.

Mechanical spare parts inventory plan

  • To define the spare parts and inventory level by considering the equipment critical level, part wearing rate, deliver time, similar parts on stock etc. based on BOM.
  • To prepare reasonable spare parts inventory

Mechanical spare parts inventory management

  • To define every spare parts names and descriptions clearly also with unit, type, SAP number, etc. based on the spare parts inventory plan.
  • To make sure all the mechanical spare parts are recorded in spare parts list with full and right information with aided by whole department.
  • To management tools well by spare parts management system.

Spare parts purchase management

  • To deal with spare parts purchase request, request detail record, goods receiving check in both SAP system and excel files in order to make sure enough and right spare parts on stock, based on the spare parts inventory plan and management.
  • To be keep informed for any progress of PR by PR updated in time.
  • To operate SAP system and excel files skillfully to meet the mentioned requirement.

Maintenance standard and record composing

  • To compose suitable standard and record document with right spare parts, quantities, clearance, toques distance etc. based on BOM, and other equipment document.

Equipment inspection and standard, PM plan

  • To setup equipment inspection plan, record and standard to check and find the potential trouble proactively.
  • To setup equipment PM plan and schedule and implement.

Standard Operation Process(SOP)

  • To define suitable SOP against equipment PM, Operation, maintenance, inspection etc. with the assistance of maintenance technician.

Equipment trouble shooting and analysis

  • To or support to deal with equipment trouble with technician, engineer, or out source.
  • Analysis and investigate the equipment trouble which may leads to problems and prevent occurring again by equipment management method.

Technical communication and training

  • To setup up technical staff training plan including courses, level, examining etc. based on equipment critical level, status, maintenance staff ability.
  • To implement communication and training

Continuous improvement

  • To improvement equipment continuously to develop system reliability and efficiency.
  • To avoid bring new trouble in the same time.
  • To abide by MOC process

Equipment project management

  • To control quality and timely for all project with project management skill such as task separating, mill stone setting, commission and acceptance.

Outsource service management

  • To handle with outsource service plan definition, work scope composing, technical evaluation form, CR application and budget preparation.
  • To be responsible for outsource contract master list maintenance and do GR in SAP in time.

Overhaul maintenance

  • To arrange implement overhaul maintenance which finishes enough work orders safely with quality by well planning and implement.
  • To arrange technician finish overhaul maintenance summary with working data, merits and shortcoming, etc.

Equipment working progress report

  • To sum up working by timely report with suitable table, figure, and form.

Maintenance process implement

  • Familiar with all maintenance internal process and implement accordingly.

CMP equipment knowledge

  • To be familiar with all equipment process, capability, parameters, operation, characteristic, etc.
  • To be familiar with all the equipment document such as drawings, manuals, instructions, etc.
About You

Knowledge:

  • Bachelor Degree of Mechanical \Chemical\Energy machinery field.

  • Familiar with common chemical, mechanical or electrical components, instruments, drivers, such as motors, gears,

  • Firmly standard equipment knowledge.

  • Knowledge in mechanical maintenance standard, CSA standard, material stander would be plus.

 

Experience:2

More than 2 years in Mechanical maintenance field.

 

Skills:
