Staffing Plan & Recruitment
• Formulate recruitment plans & strategies through both internal and external sources to meet manpower requirements; conduct market studies and bench-marking to identify the best practices
• Implement and manage full spectrum end to end recruitment processes (sourcing, screen, shortlist, interview, select, assessment, medical clearance, reference check, job offer, on-boarding, etc.)
Staffing Analytics & Candidate Database
• Manage implementation of existing recruitment plans, budgets, channels, processes for continuous improvement to meet changing business needs
• Implement staffing analytics to drive performance improvement
• Set up and maintain candidate database for future talent pipeline and acquisition
Employment Branding & Agency Management
• Participate in career fairs, career talks, industry networking, forums, learning institutions sponsorship
• Build collaboration with other OPCOs
• Build network with recruitment agency to acquire talent and gain insight into market trends
• Review and evaluate agency service effectiveness and negotiate for better contract terms and rates
Corporate Orientation & Induction
• Develop and implement orientation and on-boarding program to induct new hires on company culture and values
• Conduct follow up survey with new hires on settle-in and provide feedback to line management
