The mission of Centralised Procurement Function under Shared Services Organisation within Borouge is to execute the smooth acquisition process for providing materials and services on time, as required for all its internal customers, with the right quality and at the right prices at all locations covering requirements at Abu Dhabi, Shanghai, Singapore and Guangzhou.
Reporting to the Materials Management Department Manager, you will be part of the Materials Management team and you will be responsible for:
- Planning, Directing, Following up, Co-ordinating and Supervising the activities of the implementation and upgrade of Systems, Application, Data Processing within the Procurement (Materials Management). This includes functional relationship across Functions related computer applications to ensure a high standard of Application-Integration and promote its use in reliability analysis.
- Reviewing and Analysing proposed new / Modifying application enhancement requirements and improve existing application systems. Maintaining and developing SAP Functionalities using standard methodology for timely and cost-effective performance by the Function, and to support the Corporate Procurement processes by design, development and implementation of a common SAP system solutions for Procurement (Materials Management).
