About the job:

Reporting to the Finance Processing Development Manager, you will:

Design, implement, change and continuously improves Order to Cash managmeent business processes.  Provide expert knowledge, support and training to ensure appropriate use of BW processes and their related IT applications.  Propose business process KPI's, value analysis and IT application design and improvements.  Contribute in business process design and IT implementation proejcts by defining business requirements, testing, training and support.  The role holder supports the BPL - Legal Accounting (Order to Cash management) to transforming existing Borouge Finance processes and systems to support Borouge 3 and Borouge 2015 objectives and targets.

About you:

As a successful candidate, you will have the following:

Experience/Education

  • University degree, preferably in Finance / Accouting / IT
  • Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) desirable
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in similar industry.
  • Excellent understanding of order to ash business prpocess and links to the business in corss business process area
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) configureation with implementation experience
  • Excellent business understandign
  • Excellent IT flair and extensive experience with SAP (FI/CO, BW) areas

Competencies / Skills:

  • Business consultancy skills with strong client focus and commitment to excellence
  • Self-starter, initiator and ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Excellent end-to-end process understanding and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage change management processes in various levels
  • Good project management skills
  • Innovative thinking, solution provider and ability to challenge status quo
