About the job:

Supply chain management and Logistics is an organisation tasked to oversee movement of materials, information, and finances as they progress in a defined process. These involve coordinating and integrating these flows within Borouge's various Functions and Departments.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be part of the global team and you will be responsible for:

  • Owning the Borouge Management system ensuring its proper implementation.
  • Owning the Quality systems such as documentation management system, records and data management systems and process Change management systems.
  • Developing and maintenance of the Documentation Management systems and its proper implementation in all locations and functions
  • Developing and maintenance of the Records Management systems and its proper implementation in all locations and functions
  • Developing and maintenance of the Process Change Management systems and its proper implementation in all locations and functions.
  • Leading participation in the maturity of the Borouge Management System.
  • Ensuring that all relevant records are maintained, providing a clear audit trail of activity and approval.
  • Providing regular management information on the quality system status
  • Managing the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality systems based on established direction and priorities
  • Preparing regular performance reports and metrics for Quality Management Systems,
  • Assisting other departments in establishing and mining databases to support quality and management objectives
  • Facilitating the administration of the Internal Auditing and participates in external audits
  • Following up on closure of observation and findings from audits. 
  • Overseeing provisions for training and training documentation.
About you:

As a successful candidate you will have:

  • University degree (min. Bachelor’s degree)
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO 14001
  • Good knowledge of Borouge’s policies and strategies
  • Good knowledge of Borouge’s product ranges and strategies
  • Adequate knowledge of and experience with SAP
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills
  • Effective coaching skills
  • Strong networking skills
