Role Purpose:
Support employee engagement initiatives of the organisation. Conduct effective employee-related interventions and programs and assist in the counsel of employees, on various issues including, but not limited to performance and conduct issues; work environment concerns, consultations and investigations; and performance management system administration.
Responsibility:
1) Employee Relations
-Coordinating and administering internal and international transfers within the organisation
-Administering relocation matters for incoming and outgoing international assignees
-Conduct Day 1 orientation for new hires.
-Support the Company's Performance Management program, so as to ensure the completion of actions by stipulated timelines
-Manage employees' queries on HR procedures, systems and entitlements
-Identify and analyze employee related problems or grievances, recommend solutions and participate appropriately in the resolution of such issues
-Support HR & Admin Manager to implement and maintain effective employee relations programs consistent with the equitable treatment of all employees
2) HR Administration
-Maintain accurate HR databases and employee records
-Assist in review and update on HR policies and procedures
-Liaise with vendors on the relocation / repatriation of international assignees, ie shipments, employment pass processing, housing, tax, schools etc
-Ensure the legal and statutory requirements related to HR matters are met and compiled with
-Administer the approved training applications/ agreements/ bonds/student internships
-Administer employee confirmation/ transfers/ re-designation/ termination/ resignation cases.
-Administer employee benefits including medical, dental, leave and travel insurance plans
-Provide Finance with timely & accurate data for monthly payroll processing, related monthly payroll reporting and expatriate tax payment
-Administration and follow up of action plans related to Employee Opinion Survey
Skills:
S1. Education
· Bachelor degree or equivalent formal education
S2. Experience
· 5 years relevant experience in HR administration / Employee Relations

· Excellent in written & spoken English.

· Good competence in MS Office .
