About the job:

Reporting to the Customer Complaints and Supplier Relations Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the customer complaint handling process and implementing quality systems in the region.

Manage and develop complaint handling process, coordinate customer complains between all involved parties.  Analyze, investigate and administer the filing of loss and/or damage claims.

Assign liability for loss/damage in accordance with policy.  File and collect carrier freight claims when applicable and undertake appropriate follow-up action.  Review results of the customer complaints and accident investigations and make recommendations to management for settlement and file conclusion.

Assist complaining owners and defect owners in the description of corrective actions, reporting and follow up.  Analyze and measure the effectiveness of corrective actions regularly.  Issue complaints report on monthly basis and other analyses as per request.

About you:

As a successful candidate, you will possess a university degree or equivalent by experience.  Have basic understanding of transpiration and related logistics terms and concepts in supply chain function.  Have knowledge of complaints management, loss prevention and risk identification.

Possess good verbal and written communication skills.  Must be detail oriented and well organized.  Ability to multi-task and manage daily priorities to completion by exercising sound judgment.
