Reporting to the SVP, you will be responsible for:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the SVP's office
Managing and maintaining the SVP's schedules and appointments
Planning, organizing and supporting in the co-ordination of meetings, events and conferences including arrangement of logistics and catering
Preparation of official emails, presentations, pre-reading files, reports and other required documents with the proficient use of Microsoft Office tools.
Minutes of meetings to be taken when required.
Coordinating and monitoring tasks delegated by the SVP to the teams to ensure timely completion / reporting
Handling travel arrangements, airport transfers, itineraries, visa applications, hotel accommodations
Managing petty cash and expense claims related to travel and business entertainment
Maintaining an accurate and organized filing system.
