Reporting to Head, Business Controller, you will partner the business in providing rigorous financial analysis, including assessment of business drivers, provision of margins forecasts and evaluation of new product initiatives across the regions as well as finance advise and business recommendations to support Borouge's growth strategy and position market centres among the best in class.
You will formulate and implement cross-region marketing strategy to maximize profit of marketing centre by providing decision support services to drive innovation and new product development that meets market demand, as well as ensuring the achievement of Borouge’s goals and objectives.
You will also calculate, interpret and provide decision support services relating to the marketing centre P&L responsibilities. In addition, you will be actively involved in the refinement and development of analytical models and framework to drive operational efficiency and business growth. You will liaise on a frequent basis with numerous stakeholders in plant operations (ADP), supply chain, product management, product development, internal audit and with the wider Borouge finance community.
