Recruitment fraud and scam alert

Please be aware that Borouge has been receiving notices from candidates seeking clarification of job offers and recruitment propositions they receive. These job offers come from organisations or individuals who are falsely pretending to recruit on behalf of the Abu Dhabi Polymers Company (Borouge) or by people claiming to work for, or are affiliated, to Borouge. In return, they ask the recipients of the job offers to transfer a significant sum of money to pay for certain employment requirements such as visa, etc.

Please note that neither Borouge nor any of the legal organisations that recruit on our behalf ask for any money or payments from applicants at any point throughout the recruitment process. All the successful individuals who have been directly or indirectly provided with job offers from Borouge are always required to go through a formal recruitment process. All communications with this regard should originate from a verifiable Borouge email address (borouge.com) and not from an internet email addresses such as hotmail, yahoo or others.

What you need to do…

• Do not respond to unsolicited job offers from organisations or email addresses that you do not know or trust especially when you have not applied nor gone through any interview with Borouge yet

• Do not disclose your personal or financial details to anyone you do not know or trust or on a website you are not familiar with

• Be aware and look out for suspicious signs such as communications from non-Borouge email addresses, poor use of English and materials and requests for fees or money

About The Role Reporting to General Manager, Commercial Excellence & Project Management, you will be responsible to actively support business performance through developing, designing, and rolling out system and process improvements in the areas of sales and marketing through customer relationship management (CRM) system and other relevant IT business operating systems.  You will also be responsible for assisting commercial excellence and business process owners with technical support, process reporting/documentation, user access maintenance, knowledge base system development and training for mentioned systems.
Key Accountabilities

Reporting

  • Establish standardized regional and global reporting and KPIs, including dashboards/cockpits using tools such as, but limited to, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HYBRIS, CRM
  • Continuous improvement on standard reports and dashboards across all Sales and Marketing functions

 System Enhancement

  • Conduct workshops to gather functional requirement from Sales and Marketing user’s perspective for CRM system enhancement and other related IT system tools
  • Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any system roll out, upgrade and ensure that business requirements are met
  • Coordinate with IT on enhancement requests of existing and new IT system tools including cloud based such as CRM tool

 Performance Management & Control

  • Monitor appropriate user access and visibility to CRM tool and manage user access
  • Ensure master data integrity and quality remains up to standards/compliance and regular checks being done in SAP based ERP
  • Analyze gaps of non-compliance and  recommend corrective actions
  • Lead harmonization of data fields and attributes among regions/Marketing Centres where necessary
  • Monitor and report system health check on periodic basis from service factor, security breach, storage utilization, activity summary of users, subscription costs, etc

 Business Support

  • Develop training material, plan and conduct training for new users in understanding and utilizing CRM tool
  • Documentation, publication and communication of any new release / upgrades of CRM
  • Ongoing refresher training and enabling sessions for existing users
  • Ability to promote standard solutions to the organisation to ensure simplification
  • Act as technical support for any inquiries related to CRM and data source or calculation derived from SAP based ERP
  • Troubleshoot technical/application specific problems from CRM system and provide feedback/solutions to users

Project Management

  • Act as project team member or leader in any of the project work stream such as CRM using standard project management framework and act as network champion leader to provide guidance and support to the organization in implementing projects
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify design input or issues/gaps and resolve them during the design phase
  • Work with IT team and external consultants in providing the input during design and development phase
  • Assess and test new system and/or enhancements in SIT and UAT exercise to ensure functionality meets business requirements
  • Work with project manager/leader to manage project changes in order to deliver in timely manner including but not limited to writing Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement, Statement of Work
  • Conduct user workshops and other forms of requirements gathering, in addition to training workshops
  • Write training materials and troubleshooting documentation
  • Act as the interface between the business users and project team/IT including application owners/specialist
  • Define mutual implications of business process and IT applications

Internal Communications & Working Relationships

  • Coordinate and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Business Centre teams to solicit or receive feedback, propose solutions and run workshops/trainings to communicate the implemented solutions
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the tools and report performance of key indicators and make improvements if necessary
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to business users of CRM
  • Work with internal IT resource to troubleshoot problems and/or implement solutions

External Communications & Working Relationships

  • Communicate with external consultants and experts to explore the information technology best practices in terms of processes and tools to enhance Borouge’s operations
  • Work with appointed consultants in project management to deliver the right solutions in timely manner
Experience & Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing / Computer Science / Management Information System

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in petrochemical or similar related industry
  • Understanding of end-to-end process with key focus in sales and marketing
  • Inside sales experience with understanding of sales support process or customer service operation will be an advantage
  • Experience in managing CRM system is preferred, especially for:
  • SAP Front Office C4HANA which comprises of SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud
  • SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Basic knowledge of supporting IT solutions in particular SAP based ERP solutions such as SAP Back Office which comprises of SAP Cloud Platform and S4HANA
  • Good analytical skills
  • Proficient in business presentation
  • Capable to manage networks/forums and conduct trainings/workshops
  • Project management skills and ability to handle change management in various levels.
  • Ability to drive excellence by improving business processes and its supporting tools
  • Ability to multi-task, react at short notice to internal customer needs and deliver against tight deadlines
  • Cultural sensitivity to regions specific local practices
