To drive the Standardization and implementation of Best Engineering practice across Plants.

To ensure Equipment Reliability & safety by following best maintenance practices. Leading or participating in Major Equipment failures/HSE Incident investigation, producing recommendation and follow up with its implementation.

Leading major changes in strategies and improvements to streamline and improve internal processes to ensure that activities are aligned with Borouge's goals.

Senior Engineer is the main focal person for all reliability issues in his area and to provide guidance, instruction and procedure, as well as actively supporting maintenace team beyond own scope.

As a successful candidate you will have:

• Engineering Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent qualification

• Minimum 7 years of work experience as an Engineer or having Supervisory role in the Pertochemical Plant.

• Knowledge on Reliability centered Maintenance and RCA techniques.
• Possesses technical knowledge, codes, practices and standards and its application.

•  Ability to handle major activities (e.g major investigation), setting a plan, utilizing resources and managing a team with proper co-ordination.

• Demonstration and application of best engineering practice for engineering review, analysis and decision making.

• Designs review, approve and modify with reference to standards and latest technology.

• Think strategically: execute strategy.

• Drive excellence: strive to meet challenging goals.

• Exhibit commercial acumen: understands financial impact on business.
